Since his first appearance in the Gran Teatre del Liceo in 1986, Stefano Palatchi has become an assiduous performer on this stage, where he has sung more than 30 operas such as La Forza del Destino, Il Barbiere di Seviglia, Lucia di Lammermoor, Il Trovatore, Aida, La Boheme, Macbeth, Rigoletto, Turandot…
He appeared in the World premieres of Cristobal Colon with Montserrat Caballe and Jose Carreras and in Gaudi with Elisabette Matos.
He sang in Paris in the world reopening of Una Cosa Rara with Jordi Savall and also in Lucrezia Borgia with Joan Sutherland and Al fredo Kraus both in the Teatre des Champs Elysees.
Stefano Palatchi has appeared in many of the major theatres and festivals in Spain and throughout Europe and America, including Madrid, Bilbao, Marseille, Paris, Lisbon, Viena, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Puerto Rica, Washington, San Francisco, New York Metropolitan Opera, Arena di Verona, etc.
He has sung with such noted conductors as Gardelli, Bonynge, Santi, Oren, Bruggen, Zedda, Lopez-Cobos, Rodeswentsky, Ros-Marba, Rilling, Menotti, Rizzi…
He has performed with artists like Caballe, Sutherland, Gruberova, Domingo, Aragall, Carreras, Kraus, Alagna, Cura, Berganza, Zajick, Bartoli, Prey, Milnes, Ghiaurov…
